Greetings, @amelia4!

You can pull up the Invoice List by Date report then customize it to show the due date. Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Under the Who owes you list, select Invoice List.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. Under Report period, choose All Dates.
  5. Click Filter.
  6. Check the Due Date tick-box.
  7. For the drop-down menu, choose All Dates.
  8. Click Run report.

You can also save this customized report for easy viewing in needed for the future. Just click the Save customization button. Then locate this report on the Custom Reports tab when needed.

Also, you have the option to turn off the automation in applying credits if you don't want your customer credits to be automatically applied to unpaid invoices.

Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Choose the Advanced panel.
  4. Click Automation.
  5. Uncheck the tick-box for the option to Automatically apply credits.
  6. Select Save.
  7. Click Done.

I've also found a handy article you can read to become an expert in customizing your reports: How to Customize Reports?
