My bill pay link is not working

You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N.
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P.
  • Safari: Command Shift N.

 

If the same problem occurs, try using a different browser. This could be an issue with the browser that you are using. Once you can see that you were able to access the Bill Pay link, let's go back to your main browser and clear its cache.

Do you need to pay your bills to vendors/1099 contractors? You can signup for a separate Melio account for free to integrate with QBO and isolate the problem.
