Let's get your historical information updated and get you back to working order.
When you've changed the income account to another income account, there will be a pop-up to update your historical information.
Just to clarify, are you trying to update the income account to a product? If so, please follow the steps below the update your historical information. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon, then select Products and Services.
- Find the product used and click Edit under the Action column.
- In the Income account drop-down, select another income account.
- The Update Historical button will pop-up, then click Save and close.
If it still doesn't change the historical information, I recommend contacting our Phone Support Team. This way, they can further investigate this matter and provide additional troubleshooting steps to get this fixed.
