My invoice says 600 overdue when I hover over the box, I just started this account and it's not showing a receipt of this. I couldn't find information on what this is. And when I don't hover over it, it says 0$ unpaid.

Unexpected behaviors in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) are sometimes caused by a browser-related issue. The stored cache can affect the performance of the program.

 

To fix this, I'd suggest logging in to your QBSE account via a private window. This doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to determine if there's an issue with the browser.  

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N 
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

 

Once logged in, hover your mouse to the invoice that shows overdue. If it's resolved, let's clear the browser's cache. This removes its stored files to ensure the program performs efficiently.

 

I'd also recommend using other supported browsers. They'll provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
