I don't receive any error messages. I just create my invoice, save it, click out of it, and poof, it's gone. There are no records of my invoice. I've contacted QBSE support and they don't provide any lasting fixes.
I don't receive any error messages; they simply do not save in recent Invoices even after I save them.

I’m using a MacBook when I use Quickbooks. I’m always connected to the internet, of course. And they never save. The problem started when Quickbooks updated their invoicing system.
Thank you for your immediate response, aly

Did you ever get a fix? I have the same issue?
Hi, there unfortunately isn't a very good fix for us. Quickbooks takes no responsibility whenever I call them. They always give me the same information: you have to clear the browser data first, and then create the invoice. I have to do this every single time and it's quite annoying, so I've decided to go with a different company for my invoices. I wish I didn't have to keep paying quickbooks for my expense tracking...it's truly a pain ever since the update.
Hi, no, there never was a good solution proposed by QB. Quickbooks takes no responsibility whenever I call them about this. Every person I've spoken to says that I have had to clear my browsing data before making every single invoice. It shouldn't be required, and Quickbooks should fix this, but they don't seem interested. I've since signed up for a different service to track all my invoicing.
