Currently, there is an ongoing investigation about missing invoices. I understand the urgency of resolving this. Rest assured that our technical team is actively working on resolving this problem as a matter of high priority because we know how crucial it is for you to have access to your complete invoice history.

 

While our engineers are looking into this, I recommend contacting our Support Team to add your company details to the list of affected users. Here's how:
 

  1. Go to Help in the upper right corner.
  2. Pick Contact us.

Thank you, that just takes me to the options of a call back or virtual chat and the hours are Mon-Fri so I don't see how to report that I'm an affected user.

Hi, 2 weeks later, and I'm still without invoices and my transactions still have not updated since 7/25/23. Can someone please fix this asap? The transactions not updating are causing major accounting issues for me.

I have a similar situation where invoices disappeared 2 days ago and technical support was unable to resolve this issue.
