Good to have you with us in the Community. I can assist with determining why your logo won't load on the dashboard or remain on your invoices.
Before anything else, let's make sure the logo is saved in the Account and Settings:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Account and Settings.
- Go to the Company tab.
- In the Company name section, make sure that you can see the logo.
- If you can't, then go ahead and add the logo.
- Click Save, then Done.
After checking, let's go back to the Dashboard, or open one of your invoices. If you still can't see the logo, it's possible that there's too much accumulation of cache in your browser which can impact QuickBooks processes and cause this kind of behavior.
