You want to make sure you have master administrator rights. You want to check that there name doesn’t appear in the account and settings section of the software located under the gear icon on the upper right hand side. You want to make sure QuickBooks Payments has only your name on it too which can be access under gear icon, account and settings, payments. And last send a message to Quickbooks using your help button to help you resolve what you cannot see on the front end mentioned above. All the best.
