Since you've already did the basic steps, you'll want to contact our support agents at this point. They'll check the system using their tools and investigate what's causing the error message. Here's how to reach them:
- In the mobile app, tap the question mark icon.
- Select Help and Support.
- Tap the Contact Us button.
- In the box, enter something like "error message when using the receipt snapping function."
- Hit Continue.
- Choose how you want to call us.
You can also do this in a computer browser. Click the Help icon, go to the Search tab, then click the Contact Us button.
