Need Custom Report Help

I need to create a report for each client that shows the total income by month and class both. I cannot find a way to create a report that will show that information. Does anyone know how I can create a report by client that will show the total income by month for each class? There has to be a way to do this.

 

I look forward to any help you can provide for this report that I need to create.

Yes, there is, @ReneeE. Let me share the steps to generate a custom report in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) that displays the necessary details.

 

We can create a custom summary report to see the income statements that show the profitability of some aspect of your business you need. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu and select Summary from the Custom Reports.
  2. In the Display columns by section, choose Class.
  3. In the Display rows by section, select Customer.
  4. Adjust the date to the specific month you need to track your income.
  5. Make necessary customizations, then tap OK once done.
