QuickBooks Online (QBO) provides an option to download your data after cancellation. To elaborate further, if you have a trial version of the application, you will have 90 days to export your data. To start retrieving, let’s export them into an Excel file to keep all your financial records and import them to your new company file.
Here’s how:
- Go to Gear > Export data.
- In the Export Data window, select the Report or Lists you want to export.
- Click Export to Excel.
