Need to acess the old closed quickbook

QuickBooks Online (QBO) provides an option to download your data after cancellation. To elaborate further, if you have a trial version of the application, you will have 90 days to export your data. If you were previously subscribed, you will have the option of up to a year you cancel. Let me also add this article for your reference: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?

To start retrieving, let’s export them into an Excel file to keep all your financial records and import them to your new company file.

Here’s how:

1. Go to Gear > Export data.
2. In the Export Data window, select the Report or Lists you want to export.
3. Click Export to Excel.
