Not able to send invoices to customers?

Welcome to the Community, @kctrimspec.

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can send invoices to your customer and get you back to working order.

Before we start, did you receive any error message when sending invoices? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

There are times that the browser stores frequently-accessed data, thus causing websites, like QuickBooks Online (QBO), to act weirdly. Let's try logging in to your QBO account using a private browser.

To use a private browser, here's how:

  • For Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once logged in, go back and try to send invoices again to double-check. For more guidance, feel free to check out this article: Send an invoice.

If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh.

If they get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.

Just in case you want to print an invoice, you can read this article for the detailed steps and information: How to email or print an invoice.

Keep in touch if you need any more assistance with this, or there's something else I can do for you. I've got your back. Have a good day and stay safe.
