I can see how convenient it would be to be able to add notes when printing the Collection Report.
As of now, this option is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop. With that, I suggest sharing a proposal with our developer's team. You can follow these steps to do so:
- From the Help menu, select Send Feedback Online.
- Select Product Suggestion.
- Type in a few words to share your proposed feature.
- Click Send Feedback.
