Now I have along side Customers, leads which ALWAYS goes to a Marketing ad which my company has no use for. How can I get that OFF!?

Does anyone know how to get the "Customers" link back into Sales? I do not use any marketing but to get to my customers I have to first change the page.

I hear you, @TS1956.

I'm here to help share insights about the formatting requirements when importing bills in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to remove the Leads menu next to customers while navigating from the left panel in QBO. For now, we may need to bookmark the All Sales or Customers menu for easy navigation.

You may also switch between the different displays of menus in QBO. Kindly read and use this article to learn more about the display of menus in QuickBooks: Understand the Differences Between Business View and Accountant View in QuickBooks Online.

While I am unable to determine when such a feature like this is added to the program, I recommend getting in touch and letting our product developers know about this by sending a request via feedback. I'll show you how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Profile, select Feedback.
  3. Describe how removing the leads menu from the customer panel is helping you work efficiently in QuickBooks.
  4. Select Next.
  5. Click Skip and send message.

On that note, I'm including our Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online page to track the status of your request and get the latest updates from our developer team. Updates such as how the recent enhancement made to QBO helps our business owners, like you.

It'll always be my pleasure to help if you've got other questions aside from working with your customers and sales transactions in QuickBooks. Use the Reply button and leave your comment below so that I, @JonpriL, can lend a helping hand. Stay safe!
