You've come to the right place for assistance. I'm happy to show you where to view snapped receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Once you scan physical receipts with the QuickBooks mobile app, they aren't in your books just yet. They still need to be reviewed. Here's how to view them in a web browser:
1. Go to Transactions, then Receipts.
2. In the For review tab, you can review your uploaded receipts. QuickBooks lets you know if it finds existing transactions in your books that match with your uploaded receipts.
3. Check the labels in the Action column to find out what steps you need to take next.
The following article provides additional details about uploading, reviewing, adding, or matching receipts in QuickBooks Online.
With this info you'll be able to view your scanned receipts in QBO. Please don't hesitate to reach back out if you have any other questions. I'll be here to lend a hand.
