Hey there, @hop.

Happy to help you get back to business today.

To best assist, is the Discover more box coming from QuickBooks, or coming from your browser? Also, if you can, can you provide a screenshot of the box?

In the meantime, I recommend clearing the cache from your browser. Web browsers collect cache (cookies) to save you time when loading repetitive data and images, which can cause similar issues such as seeing this Discover more box. Below I've included links to articles that explain how to clear the cache (depending on your browser).

I look forward to your reply. Thanks for reaching out. Take care and have a great rest of your week!

Discover box is most certainly coming from QBO.  I have supplied 2 screen shots - one from Chrome & one from Safari.

In Safari - the dashboard correctly arranges the panels based on data in the box.  In other words the Discover more box is wrapping to the 3rd panel line.

In chrome, the panels are NOT resizing - so the banking box is cut off.

Thanks

Safari doesnt cut off panel, so Discover wraps to the 3rd line

For this, I recommend submitting a request to opt-out permanently of any marketing notifications. Below, I've included the steps to do this:

  1. Go to the Gear Icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Under Company, choose the Communications with Intuit section.
  4. Click on the Marketing Preferences link.
  5. In the Select Your Marketing Preferences window put a check on the following:

    • Please do not phone me.
    • Please do not email me.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Enter your complete information to locate your customer records.
  8. Hit Next.
