I'm glad to see that QBO now considers this an issue and is working on it. What doesn't make sense is that while I cannot get to the online bill pay through my login, a team member that I recently created within my Accounting QBO team is able to successfully navigate to the online bill pay. Just more info for QBO support....
I'm not sure what is going on, but this is an ongoing issue with QBO and Bill.com. The last time I chatted with someone from QB they pushed it off on Bill.com. I've been around and around with no solutions. None of the steps that they offer work. It's the same line over and over our engineers are "working" on a solution. Get your act together and figure it out and inform your help people that this is a known issue. I can't believe how much time has been wasted on this. WTG QB!
