Open Purchase Order Report Delivery Date

Glad to have you here, @protoaccounting.

I want to share some insights about the reporting in QuickBooks Desktop for open purchase orders.

The delivery date is the time when the items such as the parts and raw materials are scheduled to be delivered from suppliers. In case for manufactured items, it is when items to be manufactured such as products and assemblies are scheduled to be completed.

In QuickBooks, the date you see there is the transaction date you entered when you created the PO. You can open the transactions and see if the correct data is shown there.

However, if the same thing happens, run the Verify/Rebuild Utility tool. It will diagnose and identify any data issues with reports not displaying the correct data.

Here are some report references just in case you need them:

Post here again if you have other question or concerns. I'll be right here to help you out. Have a good one!
