There's no need to use another program to change the number sequence on the Profit and Loss. You'll have to select Default from the Sort By drop-down, so the order of the account numbers are arranged in order on the report.
- In your Profit and Loss report, click the Sort By drop-down and choose Default.
- Press the Refresh button for the changes to take effect.
