Paid for a craft fair w/ Facebook pay and it was $15.74. then I had to cancel and was refunded $15 back to me. I had it in as an expense. Do I delete? What about $ .74?

Technically, you should never delete something like this. You will categorize the refund against the same expense category that you originally used for the purchase itself. The difference of $0.74 will stay as an expense.
