PAYING BILLS BY CREDIT CARD, THEN PAYING CREDIT CARD BY CHECK

In QuickBooks Desktop, setting up an automatic create a credit card bill when paying bills by credit card is unavailable. 

QuickBooks Desktop gives us an option to memorize the transactions. As a workaround, we'll have to do it manually.

Open the bill and bill payment one at a time. Then, click Memorize. When paying credit card, you can utilize the Write check. From the Banking menu, select Write Checks. After you enter all the details needed, click Memorize.

Then, you can go to the memorized lists to open the customized bill, payment, and check. You can follow these steps every time you need to review them.

1. Go to the Lists menu.
2. Select Memorized Transaction List.
3. Look for the transaction you want to review.
4. You can select the Memorized Transaction drop-down. Then, choose what you want to do with the transactions.
5. Select OK.
   

You can also set your transactions to automatically apply payments. Here's how:

1. Go to the Edit menu. 
2. Select Preferences.
3. In the Payments section, click the Company Preferences tab.
4. Tick the Automatically apply payments option and other features you want to generate.
5. Then, OK.
