(ex: I buy something from Amazon and charge it to my Visa. I want to then have it automatically show that there will be a bill from Visa to be paid in that amount.)

In QuickBooks Desktop, setting up an automatic create a credit card bill when paying bills by credit card is unavailable.
QuickBooks Desktop gives us an option to memorize the transactions. As a workaround, we'll have to do it manually.
Open the bill and bill payment one at a time. Then, click Memorize. When paying credit card, you can utilize the Write check. From the Banking menu, select Write Checks. After you enter all the details needed, click Memorize.
Then, you can go to the memorized lists to open the customized bill, payment, and check. You can follow these steps every time you need to review them.
