Payment options turn off when I invoice in a different currency. Why

QB Payments only accpets payments in USD. You need a 3rd party merchant service to accept payments in multi currency. What kind of business do you run?

Thank you. Yes I chatted with someone at QBO and it seems while I can invoice someone in their currency I can't accept a payment from them. So that's not really very helpful to me. I own an art gallery and show around the world so I do business with collectors everywhere. I'm getting killed in fees with PayPal, etc.   I need to figure out a better international invoicing option.

I have same problem here, I credit card payment isnt working if im charging clients with different currency. 

 

-- my default is CAD but my clients are USD and i charge them in USD -- this used to work but suddenly it's not working..

As I've checked my resources here, there are no recent reports or cases with the other users relating to your concern. May I know if you've encountered any error messages when trying to make this transaction? Any information is much appreciated, as this will help us identify what's causing the issue.

 

Also, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team to check and pull up your account if there are any changes made from them. They'll guide you with the procedures and assist you in getting this resolved.

 

Here's how to reach them:

  1. In your QBO account, click Help at the top right.
  2. Click the Search tab and click Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern in the description box and select Continue.
  4. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback.
