Payments that QuickBooks takes from my customers, not deposited in my account

I have had issues with QuickBooks processing payments out of my customers accounts and taking over a week to deposit them in my account. I have called customer service waited on hold to be told that there’s nothing they can do. There’s no supervisor that can do anything for you and there’s no way to talk to anybody at all that can make any decisions. Worst customer service I’ve dealt with, it is built into the process to not be able to assist their customers. How do I get a hold of anybody who can make any decisions. Please reach out to me if you can actually make a decision at QuickBooks. This is absolutely absurd.
