Payroll data not going into Q2 941

I am a seasonal business. I just started payroll again in mid June. For some reason QB thinks I am in Q4 2019. I forced my Q2 payroll in, but the 941 shows no payroll for Q2

Payroll data not going into Q2 941

Are the paychecks you're referring to when you write "I just started payroll again in mid June", actually recorded with June dates?

 

If so, then they should appear on the Q2 941.  If dated in July, then they'll appear on the Q3 941.
