There's an ongoing issue with exporting payroll data to separate spreadsheets. Our engineers are working to get this fixed as soon as possible. While we don't have a temporary workaround as of this moment, you can just consolidate the data into one spreadsheet each time you will do the export.
However, I still recommend reaching out to our support team so they can add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be notified of any updates once the issue is fixed. Here's how to reach them:
- Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
- When asked by the bot, enter your concern.
- Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
- Choose either Chat or Callback.
