Is there away to run a report on inventory that does not reflect materials that have already been pulled onto Pending invoices?

There does not appear to be a way.  Inventory reports, even when selecting "either" for the posting status, do not appear to include non-posting invoices or sales receipts.

Hi there, and thank you for contacting us today, JoyceP2022.

Inventory reports will still show materials you've used on invoices. Once you create an invoice, QuickBooks reduces the quantity on hand.

If you don't want materials to be deducted from the inventory, you can create non-posting transactions, like the Sales Order and Estimate. Your inventory count is affected once these entries are converted into an invoice or sales receipt.

You can run reports anytime whenever you need a quick overview of your inventory status. To find the reports you need, go to Reports and then select Inventory.

To keep track of what you sell, there are two ways to do it for each sale.

If you don’t have enough products built yet, you can create sales orders to track backorders. Once you have enough products to sell to a customer, turn the sales order into an invoice.

I hope this will clear it up for you. Stay in touch with us if you need more help. I'm always around to help manage your
