Pledge status - can it be updated manually?

The pledge feature is great as long as the transaction all occur in QuickBooks.  Some payments come through a third party and are posted by journal.  Is there a way to match the JV with the pledge so the status is updated to paid?

I'm here to shed some light regarding matching the JE with the pledge transaction to update the status into paid.   

 

Yes, you can match the JE with the pledge transaction. However, you need to receive payment manually to mark the pledge status as paid.
