I'm here to help you show up customer type in your report.

Let's run a Profit and Loss report and manually select the customer that's associated with the customer type.

See the screenshot below for your reference.

Then, let's run the Customer Contact List report and combine the customer and customer types.

Thanks for your reply Abegail, so it means we need to do some manual work and there is not any standard or customized report which can show profit and loss by client type as we can get "sales by client type" report?
