“Preview” does not work before sending estimates/invoices?

I can help you resolve the error you’re having when trying preview your estimates and invoices, @mike232

 

Make sure to have your Adobe Reader or PDF viewer updated to the latest release version. 

 

Here's how to update it:

  1. Open your Adobe Reader on a separate window and click Help.
  2. Select Adobe Reader.
  3. Go to the Adobe Reader Downloads page. The web page automatically detects your OS and Reader version.
  4. Choose Install Now.
  5. Open the downloaded file and follow the rest of the on-screen instruction to finish the updating process.

Once done, set it up as a default application to open PDF documents. Here's how:

  1. Go to Start and click on Settings.
  2. Choose System and then Default apps.
  3. Click Choose default apps by file type.
  4. Scroll to find .pdf.
  5. Click Choose as default and choose Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.
