Printing statements

Have been creating/printing statements in QBO without a problem until today.  Now I can create a statement but if I click on the print/preview I am presented with a blank sheet!  Any suggestions?

This is my first time trying to print statements and I am getting the same result, a blank screen, whether I print, preview or save. Ideas?
