Processing Fee Transaction

I am a gym owner and I use a CRM called Wodify to process my payments. Wodify is automatically integrated into QuickBooks to accurately categorize my revenues.

August is the first month that I am not paying for transaction fees. I passed them off to my clients, but my Quickbooks Profit and Loss is still showing the transaction fees as COGS.

The transaction fees are affecting my net income amount when it shouldn't be at all.

How do I fix this?

Processing Fee Transaction

Hello there, @tuckerkistner.

Thank you for reaching out to us here in the Community.

Wodify helps you map different accounts for each payment and map tax codes to those available in QBO. With this, QuickBooks is dependent on the data transferred by Wodify.

I recommend contacting the Wodify support team to check the line item for correct mapping. You can additionally check their website for details about how integration works. Meanwhile, edit the existing transactions affecting cogs and correct the details. You can check out any supported third-party application from the QuickBooks App Store.

I've also added these resources that'll help you review downloaded transactions and put them in the correct accounts: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know how else I can help you need assistance managing your sales transactions. I. I've got your back and am always happy to help. Keep safe!
