I didn't have an issue seeing the payments until after I downloaded QB desktop 2019 to a new computer. I opened the latest backup. Why can't I see the payments?
If you mean check payments for Accounts Payable bills previously entered, those payments don't use Income/Expense accounts and so they won't appear on your P&L. Instead, the details of the Bills will appear, if you used expense accounts on the Bills.
Bills and bill payments showed on a previous transaction detail for the vendors. The balance total went from $86k to $540k.
