Before anything else, you'll want to ensure no filters you did not filter the report you've generated. This way, you can view all transactions and have them reviewed. If it still doesn't show, it's possible they were deleted and no longer show on your end. We can run the Audit Log feature to double-check changes inside your company. - Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- On the left navigational bar, click the Gear icon and select Audit log.
- Select Filter.
- Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
