I have a client who uses the budget vs actuals balance sheet report. He wants to only see the over budget items in the report and I can not seem to figure out how to customize that report. Any help or work arounds would be great. I am setting it up under memorized reports so he can run it anytime he wants.

You can run the budget vs. actuals balance and product/services report then, click on the reported amount to show the associated transaction.
On the other hand, you can export the report through excel to modify the information you can provide to your client.
