QBO: Revise Product List without having to re-enter Sales Receipts and Customers?

You don't have to re-enter or update your sales receipts or customers if you change the product name of an item. Any modifications will reflect in the past transactions.

Here's how:

1. Go to Settings ⚙.
2. Select Products and services.
3. Locate the item that you want to change.
4. Click Edit.
5. Make necessary changes.
6. Once done, hit Save and close.

Is there an easy way to switch the entries in the SKU and Product NAME fields for all (remaining) Products (that is, bulk change)?

Changing the product name in bulk isn't possible. The easiest way to change it is to do it manually. 

You can follow the steps above provided by my colleague to perform it.
