The app's cache can sometimes cause the app not to function well. Let's reset the app data to clear its cache. Simply select Help and then Reset App Data. After that, return to the app's home screen to view the 109 bills that are due.

I saw this answer posted every few places, but it is false.
in the iOS app, there was not "help" and "Reset app data" option. That is stale information.
Here is how to properly fix this, and if you agree, please click the thumbs up button so others will find this better.
Launch QBO App (think it is called "Quickbooks Accounting" in the App Store.
Click on the "more" button at the bottom. It has 3 horizontal lines.
At the top there are two icons - the 'cog' for account settings - like your company information and some alert settings, and a question mark in the top right.
On that page click on the question mark button in the top right.
You will see there are two options:
'Articles and support' which launces a pop up window where you can search questions, keywords, or topics
and
'Ask QB assistant a question', which is their bot service that doesn't do anything. In fact it points you to articles by showing you links, but when you click the links they do nothing (bug).
There is NO option to clear app cache.
What you need to do is delete the iphone app completely from your phone, which will then purge the data from the iPhone's cache.
Wait a few minutes, then head over to the App Store on your phone.
Search for "Quickbooks Accounting" app, and re-download (should be an arrow pointing down to show that you had it before).
Install it.
Sign in to it (kind of a pain, I know - 3-4 prompts).
It will remember what your bank was and stuff because it pulls those settings from the cloud version of the app.
Go through its tutorials - all the first run training stuff the app now does - and eventually you will land at your 'today' screen.
For me, when I now view Bill Pay, I see zero overdue bills, 0 upcoming bills, and 1 paid bill in the last 30 days. It finally works right for me.
Hope this helps - don't forget to like this post so others can find it please.
