Spreadsheet works with Google Sheets and Office 365 edition of Excel. First, confirm you're signed in as an admin user in your QuickBooks Online Advanced account. Afterwards, you'll need to install and open Spreadsheet Sync.
If your computer's default web browser is Internet Explorer 11, install this file to upgrade to Microsoft Edge before using Spreadsheet Sync.
