Quickbook Point of Sale - Entering Billing Info & Receving goods

I have a question with Quickbooks POS. I use integration of Quickbook POS and Quickbook Desktop Pro.

I believe while receiving goods in Quickbook POS, billing info needs to be entered. And if I enter billing info, I can push data from quickbook POS to quickbook Desktop from FINANCIAL tab of quickboo POS.

I want to know what if I forgot to enter billing info while receiving goods. How can I change/add it?

I see Needs billing info written in Purchasing tab in Receiving history in those transactions. 

Please help.

Quickbook Point of Sale - Entering Billing Info & Receving goods

Hi there, @dhavalkakadiya. I've got the steps to edit those transactions you forgot to enter the billing info.

 

You can still enter the information as long as you haven't sent the receiving voucher over to QuickBooks Desktop.

 

Here's how:

  1. In the Receiving History window, select the voucher.
  2. Click the I Want to dropdown.
  3. Select Enter Billing Info.
  4. Fill in the information.
  5. Click OK.

 

Additionally, you can edit a sales receipt in QuickBooks Point of Sale. This way, you can reprint it with the correct info.
