Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, fixitfreeman7878. I'll be sharing different steps so you can find QuickBook's monthly bank statement smoothly.
You can visit the Bank Register page and customize the date to see the list of an account's complete transactions for a specific month. You can also see all the past and current transactions associated with it from there.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Choose Chart of accounts.
- Find the account you want to review. Choose View register the Action column.
Additionally, you can also go to the Reconciliation section to get your monthly bank statement directly from your bank for a particular account. Follow the steps below.
- Go to Bookkeeping menu on the left panel.
- Select Reconcile.
- From the Account dropdown, select the account you want to reconcile.
- Click the View statements option to get your bank statements directly from your bank for this account.
If you don’t see the View statements option, your bank may not support this feature yet. Thus, I recommend contacting your financial institution to get your bank statement completely.
However, if you're referring to finding your QuickBooks monthly billing for your subscription, you have to go to the Billing & subscription tab. This section will display the last six months' bills. You can read this article to learn more and how to perform the process: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.
Lastly, you may refer to this if you need help running different reports in QuickBooks that tell you about different aspects of your business: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
