Join nowDO NOT USE QB LIVE BOOKKEEPING! I started using them Jan 2022. They were constantly 4-5 months behind in updating my books throughout the year. This ultimately came to a head this past month when they were 6 months behind and I requested reports to give to my CPA for taxes. My bookkeeper communicated they were working on it. A month went by and still nothing. I recently cancelled the service because I didn't want to keep paying for a service I wasn't getting. I also requested a refund for the monthly charge for Jan and Feb (2023). They were 5 months behind but I thought it fair to request only the months in 2023. My request was denied. No idea why. I have tried escalating this and for the past two weeks the help department has communicated that a supervisor will be reaching out the next day. However have never gotten a call back. I'll keep everyone posted if they make this right, but I'm posting this to save the next person the headache and frustration of this service!

Thank you for the reply, however I reached out to have this escalated last Monday, however still haven't heard anything back. It was communicated to me on Monday that a supervisor would be reaching out the next day, which was Tuesday, however still nothing.

I've tried scheduling a call and I never get anywhere. I get transferred 2-3 times and then finally they say someone will call me back. I never get a call back... All I'm requesting is for a refund for 2 months (January and February) of Live Bookkeeping. No bookkeeping work was completed during this time. In fact the books were only updated/ cleaned up as of August of last year, so I should be requesting a refund dating back to then! All of this is documented in my messages in my file as well as the case number. Here's my case #:1596518302

I've tried this multiple times and have not gotten anywhere.
It's now been 3 weeks since this was escalated, however still no call back or resolution. Rather than giving me templated responses, can someone please help me find a solution to rectify the poor experience I had from QB Live Booking? My books were 6 months out of date when I canceled. I'm only asking for a refund for the past two months. It's not only about the money, this delay has caused me other delays in my business as well as my tax filings.

Well, it has been two weeks and I still never heard from anyone even though you said I would hear something the next day after your post. Why is it so difficult to get a resolution on this?

I have the EXACT same experience. The LIVE quickbooks team has messed up ALL my books and now tey are absconding, refuse to reply to my messages, refuse to clean it up. I have been begging for an appointment with the clean up team for 2 weeks BUT NO APPOINTMENT. The books are so messed up , I cant even give them to my CPA or take thenm to another accountant.
