Same, except we've been getting a screen stating "a new way to pay bills is coming soon" with no way forward. Very frustrating!
I'm an accountant for multiple clients and some have been able to use bill pay and some haven't. Many hours on the phone with help has produced only someone saying it should be all fixed by MARCH. Not convenient at all for my clients.
I just tried the Melio.com suggestion, and am guiding my clients to do the same. Here's hoping it works, but also that QBO gets this resolved!
Make sure to remind your clients to click on the "Get $100 cashback" button to proceed.
It's ridiculous and unprofessional that this just stopped working. My bank has confirmed that the problem lies with Quickbooks. Essentially, they are not providing basic functionality that previously existed, yet we are still paying for it. If my accountants didn't prefer quickbooks, I'd switch to other software in a heartbeat.
I agree 100%. I just spent hours convincing one of my bookkeeping clients to migrate to QBO for bill pay, only to discover that it is not available! I will be contacting Intuit for the umpteenth time today, But I guarantee I will get the runaround as I have every other time.
This option doesn't work. I have tried contacting via chat, email and phone. I am either disconnected, re-routed, or simply told that they have no idea and will be escalating the matter to them to have it unresolved for eternity.
You can signup for a free Melio account to integrate with QBO as metioned by 4Gal. You can also get the cashback.
