Quickbooks Online Accountant

I have been a Pro-Advisor for several years. I am a former Enrolled Agent, but not a licensed accountant. I am retiring and will not be re-certifying as a Pro-Advisor. I have one client left with an "accountant billed subscription" which has been getting the half price subscription rate (currently paid through July 25, 2022). Will the client's rate automatically go up to the retail price on July 1st? or when the next monthly payment is due on July 25? I think I should switch that client to a "client billed subscription"  so I won't be paying their subscription. However, they may choose to not continue with QBO or possibly move to another accountant. Would the free Accountant Online subscription continue indefinitely?  Would I still have access to QBO Accountant if I don't have any clients? My own books are very simple but it would be nice to still have them in QBO if it continues to be free.

You can still have your QBOA account for good. Be sure to notify your client before transferring the Primary Admin role to their side. If they decide not to use QBO anymore, they can purchase a third-party conversion service if needed.

Thank you, that helps. It's good to know that.
