QuickBooks Online Upload Receipt issues. Sometimes on gas receipts the category “vehicle gas and fuel” isn’t even an option. It’s not there, but it’s there on others.

Stored data help your QuickBooks Online app to run quickly. However, it makes the program and features unresponsive and odd once corrupted. I’d recommend removing that historical data, so you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. I’m glad to show you the steps:

For Android:

1. Open your QuickBooks app.
2. Go to the Gear icon.
3. Select Refresh Data.

For iOS:

1. Click the Menu.
2. Select Help & Feedback.
3. Choose Refresh Data, then select Refresh.
