Once customer information is added to their profile and saved successfully, it will remain there unless we accidentally remove or due to a browser issue.
With that, you can log in to a private browser to see all updated details entered in your QuickBooks account. Here are the shortcut keys:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If the phone numbers are visible, you can clear the cache of your regular browser. You can also use other compatible browsers.
If it's not showing using incognito window, let's proceed with your customer profile to have the missing phone number back in the setup. Here's how:
- Go to the Invoices menu.
- Select Create Invoice.
- Click the Add customer drop-down arrow. Then, choose the name of your customer.
- Select Edit customer info.
- Enter their phone number. Then, hit Save.
