A client has requested a copy of all their invoices over a 5 year period. Is there a way to simply email them a copy of all invoices?

First, let's log in to your QuickBooks account and run the Invoice List by Date report. I'll show you how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Scroll down in the Who owes you section. Then, select Invoice List. You can also use the search bar to search the report.
3. Click the Customize button. In the Filter section, tick the Customer and Transaction Type boxes. Select Invoice for transaction type and select the specific name of your client under the Customer field.
4. Make sure to set the reporting period correctly (five years before). 
5. Click Run report.

Once done, click the envelope icon. Then, click the Email button and enter their email address to send this directly to your client.
