It sounds like you need a report that can provide details on receivables broken down by services, IDmi. Let me offer an alternative way to achieve this.
Although the A/R Aging Summary report doesn’t show receivables by service, you can customize the Sales by Product/Services Detail Report, manually pick the service items, filter it to A/R Paid, and choose Unpaid to achieve your goal. Let me walk you through the steps:
- From the Sales by Product/Service Detail Report window, click Customize.
- Click on Filter.
- Put a checkmark for A/R Paid and select Unpaid.
- Select the service items.
- Hit Run report.
