Add Subtotal in Job Actual Cost Detail

I'm running a Job Actual Cost Detail Report.  I have it set to filter all accounts.  Is there a way to Subtotal each GL Account?

Add Subtotal in Job Actual Cost Detail

I can provide some information on how to customize your report, @kasey1.

 

At this time, the feature to add a subtotal on the Job Actual Cost Detail Report that you’ve generated is unavailable. You can export that report to excel and add a subtotal from there. 

 

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Run the report.
  2. Click the Excel button and pick Create New Worksheet.
  3. In the Send Report to Excel pop-up, hit Exportexport excel.JPG
  4. Modify the data until you’re satisfied with the display.
