We need a report from QuickBooks that shows the date the customer was entered into QB. If you add a customer in the customer center it asks the name, the balance then it shows the current date in the "as of date" field. We need a report listing that As of Date. Both my boss and I have tried in the regular reports and for the past 2 days I've been trying to get one in the Advanced Reporting.

Any help is appreciated.

The as-of date is not part of the customer record. It is used to set the date for the opening balance transaction, if an opening balance is entered.

There's no report within QuickBooks that will show the creation date. However, if the first sale for a customer is a close stand-in, you can use our BRC List Reporter to pull the customer list and the first sale date in a nice table with other desired fields:

The issue with that is we need this information for lists for emails and mailers, etc. A lot of our customers that get entered only have estimates and no sales for a while.
