Can I bill all my customers the same amount at the same time without pulling them up individually. Like for HOA dues?

Yes, we can bill our customers the same amount at the same time, kay.

 

To do this, we have to create Recurring Transactions. Recurring Transactions are created at predetermined intervals.

 

Also, you mentioned that you want to do this for different customers. With that, we have to set up a Recurring Transactions for all your customers. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Recurring transactions.

  3. Select New.

  4. From the Transaction Type dropdown list, choose a transaction.  
  5. Then, select OK.

  6. Enter a Template name.
  7. Select a Type: ScheduledUnscheduled, or Reminder.
  8. Fill out the necessary details.

  9. Click Save Template


Then, repeat the same process for all of your customers.
