Can I delete unassigned customer types?

The option to delete customer type is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Although, you make them inactive so that they won't show up in the Customer Type drop-down list. 

Here's how:

1. Go to Sales and select Customers. 
2. Click Customer types on the upper right side of the window.
3. Select the drop-down list beside Edit and choose Make inactive.
4. When prompted, click Yes.
